       Himself and Company That is to say Benjamin Tasker
       Esq.r Daniel Dulany Esq.r Charles ^Carroll^ Chyrurgeon Charles
       Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll Deceased Them their Heirs and
       Assigns forever And the said Charles Phelps and Margaret
       his wife Covenant and Agree that at any time within
       the Space and Term of Seven Years they will do and
       Execute any Other or further Deed or Deeds for the further
       and better making over the said Lands and Premisses to
       him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns forever
       to the Uses af.d That he the said Charles Carroll his heirs
       & Assign^s^ or their Council learned in the Law shall Devise Advise
       or Require In Witness whereof and the foregoing Premes
       the said Parties to these Presents have Interchane^a^bly set
       their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                  Charles Phelps   seal

       Examined Declared she did the Same freely and Voluntarily
       and of her free Will and Accord without fear or threats
