340) Daughter Hannah all that Tract of Land called Brother's Unity or Expectation Scituate and being in Baltimore County on Patapsco River Containing two hundred and fifty Acres to be Equally Divided between them and Whereas the said George, Otho, and Charles, Died without Issue and the said Hannah Intermarried with a Certain Anthony Charnox and left Issue Margaret Party to these Presents and wife of said Charles Phelps also Party to these Presents Now this Indenture further Witnesseth That the said Charles Phelps and Margaret his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Current money of Maryland to them in hand Paid and Satisfied by the s.d Charles Carroll Esq.r before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge Have Given Granted Bargained Sold Released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Release Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs and Assigns forever All that their Right Title Interest Claim and Demand of in and to all and every Part or Parcel of the said Land called Brothers Expec^ta^tion or Unity together with all the Woods Underwoods Houses Orchards Fencings Rights Profits and Advantages thereon or thereto in any wise ^belonging &^ Appertaining or which by any ways or Means became the Right of said Hannah Hollingsworth or of the said Margaret Party to these Presents To have and to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs & Assigns forever In Trust for the use of (Himself) |
