       Above mentioned belonging or any wase Appurtaining and
       also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents and Services of the said Premisses and of every part
       thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Edmund Jenings of in and to the said
       Tract or parcel of Land and Premisses and every Part thereof
       (except as before excepted) To have & to hold the said Tract
       or parcel of Land and all and Singular the said Premisses above
       mentioned and every part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances
       (except as before Excepted) unto the said Henry Semans his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Henry
       Semans his heirs and Assigns forever and the said Edmund
       Jenings for himself and his Heirs the af.d Tract or parcel of
       Land and Premisses and every Part thereof (except as before
       excepted) against him and his Heirs and against all and every
       Other Person and persons whatsoever to the said Henry Semans
       his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and forever
       Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said parties
       to these Presents have hereunto Set their Hand and Seals the
       Day and year above written                  Edm Jenings   seal
          Sealed and Delivered
                                              On the Back of the aforegoing
          in the Presence of         Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
          W.m Rogers
                               July the 4.th 1747  Then Received of the within
       Named Henry Semans the Sum of four hundred Seventy
       two pounds Ten Shillings Gold and Silver Currant money
       being the Consideration money within Mentioned
       Witness                                                Edm Jenings
                      Maryland fs.t July the 4.th 1747  Then Came the
       within named the Honourable Edmund Jenings Esq.r before
       me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll
       Court and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and
