       River in the woods Runing thence North and by East for breadth
       the Length of One hundred and Twenty Perches to a Bounded
       Red Oak thence West and by South Two hundred Sixty six
       Perches to a Bounded Oak thence South and by West One hundred
       and Twenty Perches to the South East Bound Tree of Philip
       Lands Land thence untill it Comes to the first Bound Tree
       Containing and Laid out for Two hundred Acres more or less
       To have & to hold the af.d Two hundred Acres of Land to
       the af.d Richard Harrison his heirs Ex.rs Administrators and
       Assigns forever together with all and Singular the Buildings
       Gardens Orchards Woods underwoods Fences Emoluments
       and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise Appurtaining
       And the said Thomas Bladen Esquire for himself his
       heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth Covenant and Agree to and
       With the said Richard Harrison his heirs Executors Adm.rs
       and Assigns that the before Bargained Land and Premisses and
       every Part thereof he and they Shall and will forever Warrant
       and Defend against any Person or persons Claiming by from
       or under him the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r his heirs Ex.rs his
       heirs Executors or Adm.rs and that the same and every part
       thereof shall be hereafter Absolutely Vested in fee in the said
       Richard Harrison his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns
       and to his and their only Proper use and Behoof forever
       In Witness whereof the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r hath
       hereunto Sett his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year
       first above written

       In Presence of                           On the Back of the aforegoing
       Ann Steuart  Jn.o Brice              Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)

       Maryland fs  Be it Remembered that on this fourth Day of
