315) Ex.d This Indenture made this fourth day of June in the Year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred forty and Seven Between Thomas Bladen of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the one part and Richard Harrison of Charles County Gentleman of the Other part Whereas the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r is Seised in fee in Two hundred Acres of Land called Antwerp lying in Charles County af.d Originally Granted unto Christopher Breames on or about the first day of April One thousand Six hundred Seventy and Two which said Breames by Sundry Conveyances at Different times Conveyed and Alienated the said Two hundred Acres of Land to Edward Mings and to Philip Lynes Esq.r which said Mings did afterwards Sell and Convey his part of the Land af.d to the af.d Philip Lynes Esq.r as by the Several Deeds of Conveyance Entred amongst the Records of Charles County reference being thereto had may more at Large appear and Whereas the af.d Philip Lynes Esq.r did by his last Will and Testament devise the Tract Af.d to William Bladen Esquire Father to the sad Thomas Bladen Esq.r party to these Presents and which descended to the s.d Thomas Bladen Esquire as son and heir at Law to the said Will.m Bladen Esq.r Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Pounds Sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Richard Harrison before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and of ^all^ and every part thereof doth hereby for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Richard Harrison his heirs and Assigns forever hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeofft and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alienate enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Richard Harrison his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever all the af.d Tract or parcel of Land called Antwerp lying and being in Charles County af.d Begining at a Bounded Red Oak Standing on the North Side of a Branch belonging to M.r Pimer on the North Side of Potomack (River) |
