       Court the within mentioned Thomas Bladen Esquire and did
       Acknowledge the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and
       Deed for the several Uses Intents and Purposes therein mentioned
       and the Land and Premisses to be ^the^ Right Title and Inheritance
       of Richard Harrison and his heirs and Assigns forever and at the
       Same time appeared Mistress Barbara Bladen wife to the
       said Thomas Bladen Esq.r and being by me Secretly and without
       the hearing of the said her said husband Examined did also Acknowledge
       the said Deed and that she did the same freely and Voluntarily
       and not from Constraint or from the Threats fear or ill
       usage of her said Husband Taken and Acknowledged according
                                        to Law the Day and Year first above written

       Present writing Shall Come Greeting  Know ^ye^ that the Rever.d
       Charles Lake of Calvert County in the Province af.d for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of fifty one Pounds Eight Shillings and
       Ten pence Current money to him in hand paid by Thomas Reynolds
       of the Same Province & County af.d Merchant the Receipt
       whereof he the said Charles Lake doth Acknowledge and from
       Every Penny thereof Acquit and Discharge the said Thomas
       Reynolds his heirs Executors and Adm.rs by these Presents
       hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Assigned and Sett over
       and by these Presents in Plain and Open Markett doth
