          Joanna Croxall do^th^ hereby Acknowledge and him the said
       James Carroll Croxall of every part thereof doth hereby fully
       Clearly and Absolutely Exonerate acquit and Discharge hath Given
       Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and
       by these Presents doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said James
       Carroll Croxall his heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns all that Tract
       or parcel of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County in the
       Province af.d and on a Branch of Manocacy River called little
       Pipe Creek being part of a Tract or parcel of Land Originally
       Surveyed and Laid out for a Certain James Carroll late of
       Ann Arundel County Deceased Called Pork Hall Containing by
       the Originall Survey thereof Two thousand Six hundred and eighty
       Acres four hundred and Ninty Acres of the said Tract being by
       the last Will and Testament of the said James Carroll Devised
       and Bequeathed to his Sister Joanna Carroll the above mentioned
       Grantor but on a Warrant of Resurvey on the af.d Tract of Land
       there Appearing to be Surplus within ^the^ Meets and Bounds of the af.d
       Original Tract of Land for which the said Joanna Croxall hath
       freely Paid and Satisfied unto the said Lord Proprietor or his Agent
       here for Land Affaire for which it now appears by A Grant from
       his Lordship bearing Date the Twenty nineth day of September
       Seventeen hundred forty and five that the af.d Joanna Croxall
       hath due unto her five hundred Eighty and Seven Acres part of
       the af.d Tract of Land Begining at the end of the thirty ninth
       Line Of Originall Tract of Pork Hall where Stands three
       Bounded White Oaks one of which forks about Twelve foot
       from the Bottom and to the South fifteen Degrees West of the
       said Trees is a Rock and a Small b^l^ack Oack Growing thereon
       and Runing thence South Eighty Seven Degrees East three
       Hundred and forty two Perches thence South fourteen Degrees
       West Eighty four Perches thence South thirty five Degrees West
       One Hundred and Eighty four Perches thence South Seventy Degrees
