Ex.d   This Indenture made the Ninth Day of May 1747
       Between Michael Reisner of Prince Georges County farmer
       of the one Part & Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the other
       Part Witnesseth that the said Michael Reisner for & in Consideration
       of Thirty Six Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in
       hand Paid by the said Daniel Dulany the Receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged hath Granted Bargained & Sold & by
       these Presents doth Grant Bargain & sell unto the said
       Daniel Dulany all that Tract or Parcell of Land in Prince
       Georges County called Green Springs containing two hundred
       Acres of Land more or less which was granted to the said Michael
       in usual form the Eighth Day of February in the 1738 as by
       the Patent or Grant thereof Registred in the Land Office in
       Lib.r E I N.o 4 folio 40 may appear together with all
       buildings Improvements Profits Commodities Advantages
       and Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have & to hold
       to him the said Daniel Dulany his heirs & Assigns his
       Heirs & Assigns forever to his & their own & no other use
       and the said Michael Reisner for himself and his Heirs
       Doth Covenant grant & agree to and with the said Daniel  
       Dulany his Heirs and Assigns the said bargained Premisses
       to him and them to warrant & for ever Defend Provided
       Nevertheless that if the said Michael Reisner shall Pay
       unto the said Daniel Dulany his Exors Adm.rs or Assigns
       the said Thirty Six Pounds Currency Eight Shill.s Sterl
       for the Alienation fine & the Cost and Charge of Recording
       these Presents with the Lawfull Interest of the said sums on or
       before the Ninth Day of May next ensuing the Date of
       these Presents that then these Presents shall be Void &
