       that the said Michael Reisner shall be seised of the bargained
       Premisses as of his former Estate any thing herein Contained to
       the Contrary notwithstanding and the said Michael Reisner
       doth hereby bind himself his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs to Pay the said
       several fines with the Lawfull Interest thereof according to the
       true Intent & meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof
       the said Michael hath to these Presents set his hand & seal the
       day & year first within Written

       On the back of the aforegoing Mortgage was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
      
       May the 9.th 1747 reced thirty six Pounds Currency the Consideration

       within Named Michael Reisner according to Act of Assembly
       before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court

       Received (May the 22.d 1747) of Daniel Dulany Esq.r Eight Shill.s Sterl for
       his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the two hundred acres
       of Land mentioned in the aforegoing Conveyance) by Virtue of a Com.n from
       Benj.a Tasker Esq.r his Lorships agent & Receiver General
5 sides Recorded May 22.d 1747                     Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d This Indenture made the third Day of June in the Year of
       our Lord seventeen Hundred & forty Seventeen hundred and Forty Seven
       Between Thomas Bordley of Annapolis in Maryland Gentleman of the
       one Part & John Brice of the City & Province af.d of the other Part
       Whereas Ariana Jenings late Widow of James Frisby late
       of Cecil County Gentleman both Deceased & in other of the af.d
