       and a half Degrees West ten Perches North five Degrees West
       Sixteen Perches South Eighty Six Degrees West Two Perches
       south thirty two Perches South forty Nine Degrees West thirty
       two Perches and then by a streight Line to the Place of beginning
       still Bounding on the Water together with all the rights Profits
       Benefits Priviledges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
       in any wise appertaining To have & to hold the af.d Tract
       or Parcell of Land and Marsh with the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said
       Thomas Harrison his Heirs & Assigns forever to his & their own
       Proper use & behoof and the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs
       the af.d Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him
       the said Thomas Harrison his Heirs & Assigns against all &
       every other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or
       under him the said Charles Carroll or his Heirs or by their Means
       or Procurement shall & will warrant & forever Defend by these
       Presents In Witness whereof the said Charles Carroll hath
       hereunto set his Hand & Seal the Day & Year first above Written     
       Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of
       B Young Jun.r W.m Baker            Cha.s Carroll   Seal

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Reced the Day & Year first within Written of the within named
       Thomas Harrison One hundred & forty Pounds Ste^r^l being the
       Consideration Money within specified to be Paid
   Witness B Young Jun.r W.m Baker                     Cha.s Carroll

       May 21.st 1747/  Then Came Charles Carroll Esq.r Part to the within
       Deed before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court & did acknowledge the within Tract or Parcell of
       Land & Marsh within Bargained & Sold to be the Right Property &
       Estate of Thomas Harrison within Mentioned

       Vide alienation belonging to the aforegoing Deed Recorded hereafter in this Book fol 387
