Ex.d   This Indenture made the fifty Day of May in the
       Year of our Lord seventeen Hundred & forty seven Between Ardon Miriartee
       of Prince Georges County of the one Part and Osborn Sprigg of the
       same County Merchant of the other Part whereas a Common recovery
       was had & Suffered at a Provincial Court held at Annapolis the
       Second Tuesday of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
       seven hundred and forty five before Philip Thomas Esq.r then
       Cheif Justices and others his Associates then Justices of the same
       Court of One Hundred & fifty acres of Plantable Land with the
       Appurtenances in the said County being Part of a Tract of Land
       called Charles folly the said Tract being three hundred acres
       being Part of Darnalls Groves with the Appurtenances
       wherein the said Osborn Sprigg was Demandant and the said
       Arden Mariartee was Tenant who vouched to Warranty the Common
       Vouchee and whereupon Writ of Seisin hath been issued & Executed
       as by the Record and Process of the said Recovery remaining in
       the Provincial Court may appear which ^same^ recovery was had to
       the end and Purpose that the said Arden Mariartee might be
       enabled to Convey unto the said Osborn Sprigg his Heirs and
       Assigns forever an Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of in and
       to the said One hundred and fifty acres of Land with the
       Appurtenances to the use of him the said Osborn Sprigg his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
       the said Arden Mariartee for and in Consideration of the sum of
       Sixty Pounds Sterling to him in hand Paid by the said Osborn
       Sprigg the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge Hath
       Given Granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and
