290) the said Osborn Sprigg his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Ninian Mariartee and his Heirs shall and will at any time hereafter at the Proper Cost and Charge of the said Osborne Sprigg make do suffer and Execute all and every further or other Act Assurance or Conveyance that shall be Devised Advised or required by the said Osborne Sprigg his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Councill learned in the Law for the further and better assurance of the Premisses to the said Osborn Sprigg his Heirs & Assigns forever In Witness whereof the said Party have hereunto set his Hand & Seal the Day & Year first above Written Ninian Mariartee seal Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of Baruch Williams Joseph Han.s Warman On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Received of Osborn Sprigg twenty Pounds Sterling in full for the within P me Ninian Mariartee Test Baruch Williams April 29.th 1747/ Then came Ninian Mariartee before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged all & Singular the Right Title Claim Interest ^&^ Demand of in and to the Part or Parcell of Land within mentioned and Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the within Named Osborn Sprigg his Heirs and Assigns forever John Darnall Received of M.r Osborn Sprigg Six Shill.s Sterling for the use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore being for the Alienation fine of the within One hundred & fifty acres of Land Benj.a Tasker 7 sides Recorded May 21.st 1747 Vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 10 fol 569 |
