       Alein Release and Confirm unto him the said Alexander
       Warfield his Heirs and Assigns forever All his the Samuel
       Stringers Right Title Interest and Property of in and to
       all that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a Larger Tract of
       Land called Stringers Chance Originally taken up by the
       af.d Samuel Stringer lying Scituate in Prince Georges County
       Begining near the Centre of five Bounded White Oaks
       a Spanish Oak and a Gum standing on the North side of
       the Principal Draught of Lingonore that heads towards a
       Creek called Sam's Creek and Opposite to a small Savana
       about half a Mile to the South West from the South West
       end of a Tract of Land called Pork Hall and Runing with
       and Bound^ing^ on the said Stringers Giving Line of his part
       of said Stringers Chance North thirty five Degrees and a
       half West three hundred Perches to Intersect the fourteenth
       Line of the said Stringers Chance at the end of thirty four
       Perches which said Course is South Sixty two Degrees
       West then the remaining part of the said Course South
       Sixty two Degrees West Ten perches then South Twenty four
       Perches Then South Ten Degrees West one hundred &
       forty Perches then South twenty five Degrees West fifty
       Two perches then South fifteen Degrees East thirty two
       Perches then South Eighty Eight Degrees East fifty four
       Perches then North fifty nine Degrees East Sixteen Pches
       then South Seventy three Degrees East thirty two Pches
       then South fifty three Degrees East Eighteen Perches
       Then with a Streight Line to the first Begining Containing
       One hundred and Ninety five Acres More or less
       Together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurts
       to the said Tract or parcel of Land belonging or in ways
