       Appurtaining To have & to hold the said Tract or parcel
       of Land together With the Premisses and Appurtenances thereto
       belonging unto him the said Alexander Warfeild his Heirs & Assigns
       forever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Alexander
       Warfeild his Heirs and Assigns & to no other use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever and the said Samuel Stringer for himself and his Heirs
       Doth hereby Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with
       the said Alexander Warfeild his Heirs and Assigns forever that
       he the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs shall and will from
       time to time and at all times forever hereafter Warrant and Defend
       the said Tract or parcel of Land and Premisses with its
       Appurtenances against all manner of Persons Claiming or to Claim
       any Right Title or Interest unto the af.d Tract or parcel of Land
       and Premisses with its Appurtenances from by or under him the
       said Samuel Stringer and his heirs but no further and the said
       Samuel Stringer doth further Covenant for himself and his heirs
       to and the said Alexander Warfeild his heirs and Assigns that he the s.d
       Samuel Stringer and his heirs shall and will from time to time and
       at all times forever hereafter Do make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute
       or Cause to be made done Acknowledged Suffered and Executed
       all and every such further and other Act or Acts thing or things Assureance
       or Conveyance in the Law as by the said Alexander Warfeild
       his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall
       be from time to time be reasonably Devised or Advised for the
       further and better Assurance Surety and Suremaking of all &
       Singular the Premisses hereby Bargained & Sold or Intended to
       be Bargained and Sold so that there be no further or Other Warrantee
       Contained therein then to Warrant the same from the said
       Samuel Stringer & his heirs and all Other persons Claiming by
       from or under him the said Samuel Stringer and his heirs according
       to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness
