       The Reversal thereof he the said Stephen Bordley or any person Claiming
       by from or under him shall not have any Right Claim Interest or
       Demand of in or to the said four Acres of Land or any part thereof In
       Witness whereof the said Stephen Bordley hath hereunto set his
       hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written

       Eighth day of May Seventeen hundred and forty Seven Between
       Samuel Stringer of Annarundel County Practisioner of Phisick
       of the one part and Alexander Warfield son of Richard of the same
       County Gentleman of the Other part Witnesseth that the said
       Samuel Stringer for and in Consideration of Ten pounds ^of^ good
       and Lawfull money of Great Britain to him the said Samuel
       Stringer paid or Secured to be paid by the said Alexander Warfield
       the Receipt whereof the said Samuel Stringer doth Acknowledge
       and himself therewith to be fully Satisfied Contented and paid
       Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth give Grant Bargain Sell
