       Bounded Post thence South thirty nine Degrees East twenty
       five Perches and Six tenth parts of a Perch to another Bounded
       Post and from thence with a Strait Line to the Begining Post
       being parcel of the part of the before mentioned Tract of Land
       which by the Partition af.d between the said Thomas Bordley
       and Thomas Larkin was Allotted to the said Thomas Bordley
       to and for the use of the Publick of the Province of Maryland
       and of him the said Thomas Bladen Esquire during his
       Continuance and being Governor thereof and to the Use and behoof
       of all Succeeding Governors and Commanders in Cheif of the
       said Province according to the true Intent and meaning of the
       said Act of Assembly to have and to hold to him the said Thomas
       Bladen Esquire and his Successors Governors of Maryland
       to the Intent that he and they may stand and be thereof seised to
       the Uses and Purposes af.d and to no Other use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever And the said Stephen Bordley for himself and his
       Heirs doth Covenant ^Grant^ and Agree to and with the said Thomas
       Bladen during his Continuance and being Governor of the said
       Province and all Succeeding Governors or Commanders in
       Cheif of the said Province of Maryland shall and may have
       hold and peaceably Possess and Enjoy the said four Acres of Land
       with all Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities &
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging Absolutely and Clearly
       Discharged from all Titles Claims and Demands whatsoever
       either in Law or Equity of him the said Stephen Bordley or his
       Heirs or any Other person or persons Whatsoever Claiming
       from by or under him or them Provided Always and it is the
       True Intent and meaning of these presents that nothing
       herein Contained shall be deemed taken or Construed to effect
       enervate impeach or weaken the Right Title Estate or Interest
       of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the Province
       af.d or his Successors in or to any of the Lands mentioned in
       the Said Vacated Grant or the Right of the Appeal of him the
       Stephen Bordley from the said Decree so always that in Case of
