       the Great and Affectionate Regard he hath to and for Elizabeth Scott
       John & George Scott Daughter & Sons and other Children borne or
       to be Borne of George Scott of Prince Georges County and Elizabeth
       his Wife and Divers other Considerations him hereunto moving
       and to the end purpose & Intent that those four hundred and Twenty
       Eight Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land ^being^ in Prince Georges
       County called Friendship Containing Eight Hundred & Fifty Six
       Acres in all which the said George Scott by Deed of Bargain &
       sale duly Executed Acknowledged & Recorded bearing Date ^the^ Twentieth
       Day of this Instant April for and ^in^ Consideration of Four Hundred &
       Twenty Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Richard
       Bennett & the Reversion & Remainder Reversions & Remainders
       thereof shall and may be and Remain to for and upon the several
       Uses, Intents, Trusts and purposes hereafter Mentioned Limitted
       Expressed & Declared he the said Richard Bennett for himself
       and his Heirs hath Covenanted and granted & by these presents
       doth Covenant and grant to and with the said Daniel Dulany
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Richard Bennett and
       his Heirs now is or shall hereafter ^shall^ stand & be seised of the said
       Four Hundred and Twenty Eight Acres of Land with the
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging and of the Reversion and
       Remainder Reversions and Remainders thereof at all Times
       hereafter to the uses Intents and Purposes hereafter Expressed
       Limitted and Declared that is to say to the Use of Elizabeth
       Scott the Daughter of the said George Scott & Elizabeth his Wife
       and ^to^ the Heirs of the Body of the said Eliz.a the Daughter forever and
       in Default of such Heirs then to John Scott ^the^ son of the
       said George Scott & Elizabeth his Wife and the Heirs of his
       Body ^Lawfully Begotten^ forever and in Default of such Heirs then to George Scott
       Scott son of the said George Scott and Elizabeth his Wife and the
       Heirs of his Body forever and in Default of such Heirs
       then to the use of every other Son or Sons Daughter or
