       Daughters of the said George Scott and Elizabeth his Wife
       severally and Successively and in Remainder one after another
       as they shall and every of them shall be in Seniority of Age
       and Priority of Birth and the several and Respective Heirs of
       the Body of every such Son or Sons, Daughter or Daughters
       the Issue of every son or Sons Daughter or Daughters always
       to be presured according the Seniority of Age and Priority of
       Birth of every of them severally and Respectively, provided
       always and upon Condition and it is the True Intent and
       Meaning of these presents and it is Covenanted Granted Concluded
       and agreed by and between the said Parties that if the said
       Elizabeth daughter of the said George Scott and Elizabeth
       his Wife shall attain her Age of Sixteen years or be Married
       and that the said George Scott shall well & Truly pay unto
       the said Elizabeth the Daughter the said sum of four hundred
       and Twenty Pounds Sterling Money that then & from thence
       forth these presents shall Cease and Determine & also the Deed
       of Bargain and sale Executed by the said George Scott to the
       said Richard Bennett shall also Cease Determine & be Void
       to all Intents and purposes whatsoever and that the said
       George Scott shall be and stand seised as of his former Estate
       to him his Heirs and Assigns for ever of and in the said four
       Hundred & Twenty Eight Acres of Land with the Appurtenances
       as fully and amply as if the said Deed of Bargain & Sale
       had never been Executed by the sid George Scott anything in the
       said Deed Contained or any Other matter or thing to the Contrary
       Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the said parties have to
       these Presents set their hands and Seals the Day and Year
       first above written                     R Bennett   seal

             in Presence of
             Ja Calder                        On the Back of the aforegoing
             Jn.o Loockerman Jun      Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
