          Thomas Cresap his Ex.rs and Administrators and from and against
       all and all manner of person or persons whatsoever Claiming ^from^ by from
       or under ^him^ in the said Ludowic Myer shall and will Warrant &
       forever Defend by these presents and lastly that he the said Thomas
       Cresap shall and will Execute any Other Deed or Deeds Conveyance
       or Conveyances Assurance or Assurances in the Law whatsoever
       for the more Effectual sure making and Confirming the Land and
       Premisses hereby Granted with the Appurtenances and every part
       and parcell thereof unto him the said Ludowic Myer his Heirs Ex.rs
       Administrators and Assigns as by the said Ludowic Myer or his
       Council Learned in the Law shall thereunto be Advised or required
       In Witness whereof the said Thomas Cresap hath hereunto set his
       Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year above written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in Presence of                                       Tho.s Cresap   seal
       John Hepburne   On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
       John Cooke        Endorst (Viz.t)

       Maryland,
                         Received the day and Year within written of the
       within named Ludowic Myer the sum of Sixty Pounds Curr
       money of Maryland being the full Consideration money within men.d
       to be paid to me I say Received P me                     Tho.s Cresap

       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty Seven Came
       Thomas Cresap of the same County before me one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within
       Indenture according to Law

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty second Day of
       April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred & forty
       Seven Between Richard Bennett of Queen Annes County Esq
       of the one part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the other
       part Witnesseth that the said Richard Bennett as well for and in
       Consideration of five Shillings Current Money of Maryland to him
       in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged as for
