Ex.d      This Indenture made the twenty first day of April in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty seven between Thomas Cresap
       of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and
       Ludowic Myer of Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid Yeoman of the
       other part Witnesseth that for the Consideration of the sum of Sixty Pounds
       Current money of Maryland by him the said Ludowic Myer to the said Tho.s
       Cresap well and Truly paid before the Sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof he the said Thomas Cresap doth hereby Acknowledge
       and from the same and every thereof Exonerate Acquit and Discharge
       the said Ludowic Myer his Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       Have given Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened Transferred and made
       Over and by these presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Transferr
       and make Over unto him the said Ludowic Myer his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs &
       Assigns forever a Tract or parcel of Land called Woodstock       contain
       One hundred Acres lying and being upon a Branch of Susquehannah called
       Cabin Branch and Adjoining to a Tract of Land called Bullford taken up
       by Jacob Herri^n^gton lying in Baltimore County together with all Rights
       Profits Benefits Priviledges and Appurtenances to the same belonging
       or in any wise Appurtaining To have and to hold the same unto him the
       said Ludowic Myer his Heirs and Assigns forever together with all the Right
       Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas
       Cresap his Executors or Administrators of in and to the said Land & Premisses
       with the Appurtenances or any part or parcel thereof and the said Thomas
       Cresap Doth for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant
       Promise Grant and agree to and with the said Ludowic Myer his
       Executors Adm.rs and Assigns that the said Land and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof is free and Clear and
       freely and Clearly Acquitted Exonerated and Discharged of and from all
       former or Other Gift or Gifts Grant or Grants Bargains Sales Jointures
       Dowers or Other Incumbrances of what nature or kind soever and that he
       hath in himself full power and Lawfull Authority to Sell Aline Transfer &
       Confirm the same unto him the said Ludowic Myer his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs &
       Assigns forever in manner and form af.d Royal Mines excepted and also
       that he the said Thomas Cresap the af.d Land and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof against him the said
