       Presents hath in himself good Right full power Absolute &
       Lawfull Authority to Sell and Convey all and Singular the said
       Land and Premisses to him the said Richard Bennett his Heirs &
       Assigns And that he and they shall and may Peaceably have
       Hold use and Enjoy the same free from all Incumbrances and
       Charges Whatsoever the Rents and Services hereafter to grow
       Due and Payable to the said Lord Proprietary only Excepted and
       foreprized And the said George Scott for himself and his Heirs
       doth further Covenant and Agree to & with the said Richard Bennett
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said George Scott or his Heirs shall
       and Will at any time within Seven Years do and Execute at the
       Expence Cost and Charge of the said Richard Bennett his Heirs or
       Assigns Execute any further or Other Deed or Conveyance which shall
       be Devised or required by the the said Bennett his Heirs or Assigns
       Or his or their Council Learned in the Law for the better ^or further^ Assurance
       of the Bargained Premisses to him the said Richard Bennett his
       Heirs or Assigns In Witness Whereof the said George Scott
       hath to these presents Sett his Hand and Seal the day and year
       first above Written
