       of Great Britain to him the said Thomas Barkley by the said James Russell
       at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof
       the said Thomas Barkley doth hereby acknowledge and of every part and
       parcell doth hereby Acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said James Russell
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Hath Granted Bargained & Sold & by
       these presents doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said James Russell
       his Heirs and assigns All that Lott of Land N.o 117 lying & being in Charles
       Town in Cecil County and also all and every the Messuages & Tenements
       Houses and outhouses Scituate and Standing on the same Lott with
       the Appurtenances therunto belonging and therwith used occupyed &
       Enjoyed To have and to hold the said Lott of Land Messuages Tenements
       Houses and out Houses with the Appurtenances aforesaid unto the said
       James Russell his Heirs and assigns And this Indenture further
       Witnesseth that the said Thomas Barkley for and in Consideration of
       the said Sum of Two hundred & Eight pounds Sterling Money and of five
       Shillings Current Money to him the said Thomas Barkley at or
       before the Sealing & Delivery of these Presents by the said James Russell
       paid & Satisfyed Hath Granted Bargained Sold Assigned Transferred &
       sett over And by these presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Assign
       Transferr and sett over unto the said James Russell his Heirs Exers
       Adm.rs & Assigns all that Quantity of Seventy five Thousand pounds
       of Tobacco due and payable from a Certain James Bayard of Cecil County
       Merchant to the said Thomas Barkley in Seventy five Hogsheads
       at the times and in the Manner Mentioned and specifyed in a Certain
       Agreement bearing Date the Nineteenth Day of this Instant March
       and made or mentioned to be made Between the said James Bayard and
       the said Thomas Barkely and all the right Title Interest Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas Barkley of or in or to the
       said seventy five Thousand pounds of Tobacco To have & to hold
       Receive and take the said seventy five Thousand pounds of Tobacco
       unto him the said James Russell his Exers Adm.rs & Assigns And to and
       for his own proper use & Uses and to no other use whatsoever And the said
