234) which Descended to the said Mary from her said Father Deceased in Kent County and also all the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Proffitts of all & singular the Premisses above mentioned and every Part and Parcell thereof And all the Estate Right Title Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said William and Mary of in and to the said Lands & Premisses and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances To have & to hold the said several Tracts of Land Plantations and Premisses above mentioned and every part & parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said George Plater his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said George Plater his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said William Armistead & Mary his Wife for them & their Heirs the said Severall Tracts of Land Plantations and Premisses and every part thereof against them their Heirs and against all and every person Claiming under them to the said George Plater his Heirs & Assigns shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said William and Mary have hereunto put their Hands & seals the Day & Year first above Written Sealed & Delivered in the presence of George Bowles William Armistead seal A Barnes Mary Armistead seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) I hereby Acknowledge to have received from the within Named George Plater the sum of Two hundred & Ten Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned I say reced P me William Armistead Sept.r y.e 27.th 1746 Then Came before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace of S.t Marys County the within Named William Armistead ^and Mary his Wife and the said William Armistead^ Acknowledged the Lands & Premisses within mentioned with the Appurtenances within specifyed and Contained in the within Deed to be the right Title and Estate of the within Deed to be the right Title and Estate of the within mentioned George Plater his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Mary being first (Examined) |
