       Thirty three Degrees East fourteen Perches South seventeen Degrees
       West twenty one Perches South Fifty two Degrees East twenty
       Nine perches South seventy five Degrees East twenty two Perches
       South twenty four Degrees West Seven perches South Eight Degrees
       East Nineteen perches South Sixty Degrees East five perches North
       Seventeen Degrees East One hundred & four Perches North Seventy
       Perches North thirteen degrees East eighty three Perches to Samuel
       Osburn's part of the same Tract and with his East Line to the
       begining Locust post containing and laid out for One Hundred
       and thirteen Acres and one half Acre of Land more or Less unto
       which said Writ the same John Smith did appear and Vouch
       to warranty thereof the af.d William Osburn who likewise did appear
       and did further Vouch over to warranty thereof the Common Vouchee
       who being present in Court in his proper Person warranted the same
       Parcel of Land and Appurtenances to the same Robert & afterwards
       made Default whereby a good Perfect and Common Recovery of the
       same Parcel of Land with the appurtenances with Double
       Voucher over according to the form of Law suffered and Executed Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the same Robert Waters William
       Osburn and John Smith for themselves and each of them their &
       each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators Do covenant
       Promise grant Declare & agree to and with each other their &
       each of their Heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents
       that the true Intent and meaning of the same Recovery and of the
       Parties thereunto and these presents was and is and it is by these
       Presents and the Parties thereunto Declared that the same Common
       Recovery and all Effects thereof shall be and enure and shall
       Construed deemed & taken to be and enure to the only Proper Use
       & Benefit and behoof of the same John Smyth his Heirs &
       Assigns forever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       any matter or thing in the same Recovery Contained to the Contrary
       notwithstanding In Witness whereof the Parties af.d have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day
