       Oct.r 6.th 1746  Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court John Hall of Lyons Creek and
       Acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed
       and at the same time Came Ann Hall the Wife of the said
       John Hall who being by me privately Examined out of the
       Hearing of her said Husband freely & Voluntaryly acknowledged
       her Consent thereto and relinquished her right of
       Dower in the within Land and & Premisses and Declared that
       she did the same of her own free Will without the Compulsion
       of her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure
                                                                John Darnall

       Received of M.r W.m Hall Eleven shillings sterling
       for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on
       the within Mentioned Lands supposing the same to
       Contain two hundred and Twenty five Acres) by Virtue of
       a Commission from Benj.a Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships
       Agent & Receiver Generall

Ex.d         This Indenture Tripartite made this twentieth
       Day of October in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven
       hundred and forty Six Between Robert Waters of Queen Ann's
       County Planter of the first part William Osburn of the same
       County Gentleman of the second part and John Smith of the
       same County Chyrurgeon of the third part Whereas the same
       Robert Waters in September Term last past did Commence prosecute
       and bring one Writ of Entry sur Dissezin against the af.d John
       Smyth thereby Demanding all that Parcel of Plantable Land w.th
       the Appurtenances being one Moiety or half part of a Tract of
       Land called Martins Neck lying and being on Kent Island in
       the County aforesaid Begining at a marked Locust post set up at
       one hundred and Ninety Perches on the south Line & Runing
       from said Post South One hundred & thirty three perches into the
       head of Martins Creek and South Seventy three Degrees thirty
       Minutes East twenty Perches South five Degrees East fifteen
       Perches South Eighty two Degrees East fifteen Perches South
