230) between the Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and meaning of the Partys to these Presents is, that from and immediately after the said Common recovery or Recoveries shall be had Prosecuted and Suffered as afs.d of the said Land and Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall ^be^ and enure & shall be construed, esteemed, Adjudged and taken to be and enure and are hereby Declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said W.m Hall and every other Person that shall be seised of the Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seised thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only Use & behoof of him the said W.m Hall his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And it is further Covenanted Concluded and agreed between the said Parties that the said John Hall and his Heirs the said Tract of Land and all and singular other the Premisses unto him the said W.m Hall his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant & Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands & seals the Day & year first above Written sealed & Delivered John Hall Ly.s Creek seal in the Presents of W.m Hall of Elkridge E Dorsey Tho.s Sparrow On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Oct.r 6.th 1746 Reced of W.m Hall of Elk Ridge the sum of one hundred & twenty three Pounds ten shillings sterling being the Consideration Money of the within Land & Premisses Witness John Hall Ly.s Creek Henry Hall (Oct.r) |
