       shall Appear gratis and Vouch to Warranty thereof the
       same Ernault and Jane who shall also Appear and enter
       into Warranty and Vouch over the Common Vouchee who
       shall also Appear and enter into Warranty for the afs.d
       hereby Granted Premisses with the Appurtenanaces and
       shall then imparle and afterwards Depart in Contempt of
       the Court and make Default so that thereupon one or more
       common Recovery or Recoverys with Double Voucher over
       may be had Suffered and Executed and all and every other
        ^thing and^ things done and perfected needfull and Necessary for the
       having Suffering and perfecting the Recovery or Recoverys
       aforesaid according to the Course of Common Recoverys in
       such cases used and that the same Recovery or Recoverys
       shall be executed by Writ or Writs of Habere facias seizinam
       And it is hereby ^further^ Covenanted Granted Concluded and agreed
       by and between the parties aforesaid to these presents and every
       of them for themselves and their Heirs respectively that the
       same Recovery and Recoverys and all recoverys Settlements
       and Assurances had or to be had made levyed executed or
       suffered by or between the partys aforesaid or any of them of or
       for the aforesaid hereby Granted parcell of Land and Appurtenances
       or any part thereof shall be and enure and shall
       be Deemed adjudged and taken to be and enure to and for the
       sole and Proper Use of the aforesaid David Register from and
       immediately after the suffering and Executing ^of^ the Recovery or
       Recoverys aforesaid shall by Virtue thereof and of these presents
       stand and be lawfully seized of and in the same hereby granted
       Parcell of Land and Premisses and Appurtenances to and for
       the proper use benefit and behoof of him the same David his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever and the same Ernault Hawkins and Jane his
       Wife and their Heirs and the Heirs of each and either of
       them all and Singular the aforesaid hereby granted parcell
       of Land with the premisses and Appurtenances unto the same
       John to and for the Use intent and purpose aforesaid shall and
       will Warrant and forever by these presence Defend against
       themselves their Heirs and all other person and persons
       whatsoever In Witness whereof the partys aforesaid
       have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals
       the Day and year first above Written
