       aforesaid containing one hundred and Thirty Acres of Land
       more or less and for the Settling and Assureing the same parcell
       of Land contained within the lines and boundarys aforesaid with
       the Appurtenances to and for the Uses Intent and Purposses
       herein and hereby after limitted & pressed mentioned and
       Declared as for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings
       Current Money of Maryland to them the same Ernault and
       Jane in hand already paid by the same John and David
       the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for Diverse
       other Good Causes and Considerations them thereunto moving
       Have Granted remised released and Confirmed and by
       these presents do for themselves and either of them their and
       either of their Heirs Grant Remise Release and Confirm
       unto the same John Hawkins (in his actual possession
       now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof
       next before the Day of the Date of these presents and by
       Virtue of the Statute for Transferring Uses into possession &
       to his Heirs and Assigns) all the aforesaid Parcell of Land
       contained within the lines and Boundarys aforesaid with
       the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold
       all and singular the same Parcell of Land contained within
       the lines and Boundarys aforesaid unto the same John
       Hawkins his Heirs and Assigns forever to the Intent and
       Purpose that he the same John may become perfect Ten.t
       of the Freehold of the same Parcell of Land and Appurtenances
       ^whereby^ one or more Common Recovery or Recovery's
       shall and may be had & suffered in Manner and form
       hereafter following for which Intent and Purpose it is
       hereby Covenanted granted Concluded and agreed upon by
       and between all the partys aforesaid to these presents
       that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the afs.d
       David Register to being and Prosecute against the said
       John Hawkins one or more Writ or Writs of entry
       sur Disseizin en le post returnable before the
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland aforesaid at
       a Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the second Tuesday
       of September next Ensuing of and for the aforesaid hereby
       Granted and Released Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances
       to which said Writ or Writs the said John
