215) Declared that she made the same Acknowledgment & executed the same Deed of her own Free Will and Consent without being Induced thereto by fears or Threats of or ill Usage from her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day and Year above Written Record^e^d Sept.r 16.th 1746 Rob.t Jenckins Henry 7 sides Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Seventeenth Day of July in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Six Between Ernault Hawkins of Queen Anns County in the Province of Maryland Planter and Jane his Wife of the first part John Hawkins of the same County Planter of the Second Part and David Register of the same County Blacksmith of the Third Part Witnesseth that the same Ernault Hawkins and Jane his Wife as well for the Docking barring and Cutting of all Estates Tail Reversions and Remainders and all other Estate and Estates Terms and Interests heretofore erected limited and Declared of for in or concerning all that Parcell of Plantable Land being Part of a Tract of Land called Conquest lying and being in Queen Anns County aforesaid in Spaichards Neck next above a Tract of Land called Courseys Point Beginning at an Old Oak Stump Standing in William Sanders's Corn field within the said Land called Coursey's Point being the Original begining of the same Land called Conquest and runing from thence North sixty three Degrees thirty Minuites East Eighteen Perches to where it cuts the South East by east line of the said Land called Courseys Point then with the said Land South East by East three hundred and Fifty Two Perches and then North East by North fifty Perches then North Forty Degrees West one hundred Twenty and Two Perches then North forty Eight Degrees West Ninety Two Perches then South Seventy Degrees West Twenty one Perches then North Eigty Degrees west thirty six Perches then North Sixty Two Degrees West forty four Perches then South Seventy Seven Degrees west sixty Perches then with a Streight line to the begining Oak Stump (afs.d) |
