       June next ensuing the date hereof according to the tenor of
       effect and true meaning of the above written proviso or
       Condition In Witness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands
       & seals the day & year first above written
       Sealed & Delivered John Hall Lyons Creek
       in the presence of       Ja Slemaker Power of
       Rob.t Gordon               Attorney P Chris.t Grindall
       John Norris
                        On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus
                        Endorst (Viz.t)
       Received the day and year first within Written
       of and from the within Named Christopher Grindall
       the sum of two hundred and Sixty Three Pounds
       and four Pence Sterling Money in full for the
       Consideration money within Mentioned to be by
       him paid to me John Hall Lyons Creek

                Maryland 15.th August 1746   Then Came
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court the within Named John
       Hall and did acknowledge the within Instrument
       to be his Act and Deed for the Uses intents & purposes
       within Mentioned and that the within Mentioned
       Tracts or parcells of Land with their prem's with
       their and every of their appurtenances are the proper
       Right and Estate of the within Christopher Grindall
       according to the true Intent and meaning of the
       within Deed
