       the premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby
       granted with their & every of their appurtenances unto the said
       Christopher Grindall his heirs and assigns for ever to the only
       use and behoof of him the said Christopher Grindall his heirs
       and assigns for ever & to & for no other use intent & purpose
       whatsoever Provided always & these presents are upon
       this Condition Nevertheless that if the said John Hall his heirs
       Exr.s or Adm.rs or any of them shall well & truly pay or cause to be
       paid unto the said Christopher Grindall his heirs Exr.s Adm.rs
       or assigns the full sum of two hundred and sixty three pounds
       and four pence Sterling money of great Britain at or upon the
       first Day of June next ensuing the date hereof with legal Interest
       for the Same that then & from thence fourth this present
       Indenture & the Estate hereby made shall cease and determine
       & that then he the Said Christopher Grindall his heirs & assigns
       shall and will at the request and Cost & Charges of the said John
       Hall or his heirs by good & sufficient Conveyances & assurances
       in the Law reconvey and assure unto the said John Hall his
       heirs & assigns all & singular the said Lands & hereditaments
       & premisses hereby mentioned to be granted bargained & sold
       & every part thereof & all his & their Estate right title & Interest
       in & to the same by Virtue of these presents Discharged of all
       incumbrances by him or them committed done or suffered in the
       mean time and the said John Hall for himself his heirs Exr.s &
       Admr.s and for Every of them doth covenant promise grant &
       agree to and with the said Christopher Grindall his heirs &
       assigns and to & with every of them by these Presents that he the
       said John Hall his heirs Exr.s or Adm.rs or some of them shall
       well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Chris.t
       Grindall his heirs Exr.s Adm.rs or assigns the said sum of two
       hundred & sixty three pounds & four pence Sterling with
       legall Interest for the same on the af.d first Day of June
