       now being and to his heirs & assigns for ever all such right Estate
       Title Interest & Demand and whatsoever he the said Jonathan Forward
        hath or ought to have of in or to All that part of a Tract of Land
       called Velmead lying in Ann arundel County af.d Beginning
       at a bounded White Oak on a small Hill on the North side of a
       branch standing in the North line of the said Land called
       Velmead or Dorings Lott & running North one hundred &
       Sixty P.s to a bounded oak standing on the South Side of
       Indian Cabbin Branch then East two hundred P.s to another
       Oak Standing by a Pocosen and the North line of one Rob.t
       Franklin late of the Same County Gentleman Deceased
       then with the Said Franklins Land ^running^ South one hundred &
       Sixty P.s to a bounded Pockhiccory Tree from the said Pockhiccory
       West to the first mentioned White Oak containing
       two hundred acres of Land more or less & also to part of a
       Tract of Land called Waterford beginning at the end of
       the North three hundred & twenty P.s line of Velmead
       thence West two hundred & twenty Six P.s to Patuxent River
       then South thirty Degrees West twenty two P.s then South
       nine Degrees West ninteen P.s then South one hundred &
       fifty P.s then East fifty three P.s then East Eleven Degrees
       South one hundred & ninty P.s to the North line af.d thence
       to the beginning containing three hundred acres more or less
       with the appurtenances together with all the Improvements
       profits Buildings & advantages to the same belonging  
       or therewith used and occupied & all other the premisses
       & every part & parcell thereof To have & to hold all the said
       herein before mentioned & described Lands & premisses &
       every part & parcell thereof with their appurtenances unto
       the Said Matthew Elliot his heirs & assigns to the only proper
       use & behoof of the said Matthew Elliot his heirs & assigns
       for ever so that neither he the said Jonathan Forward nor
