       nor his heirs nor any other person or persons for him or their
       or in his or their names ^or^ in the name right or stead of any of
       them shall or will by any way or means hereafter have
       Claim Challange or Demand any Estate Right Title or
       Interest of in or to the premises or any part or parcell
       thereof but from all and every action Right Estate title
       Interest or Demand of in or to the premisses or any part
       thereof they & every of them shall be utterly excluded &
       Barred forever by these presents And also the said Jonathan
       Forward and his heirs the above described Tracts or
       parcells of Land & every part & parcell thereof with
       their & every of their appurtenances against him the
       Said Jonathan Forward & his heirs & all persons claiming
       by from or under him or them or any of them to the said
       Matthew Elliot and his heirs shall & will warrant &
       for ever Defend by these presents And the said Jonathan
       Forward for himself his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doth
       covenant promise and grant to & with the said Mathew
       Elliot his heirs & assigns by these presents that he the s.d
       Jonathan Forward & his heirs shall & will at any time hereafter
       the request & at the reasonable Cost & Charges in Law of him
       the said Mathew Elliot his heirs & assigns do make & Execute or
       cause to be made done and Executed are & every such further
       & other act & acts conveyances & assurances in the Law whatsoever
       for the further & better conveying & assuring the
       above described Tracts or parcells of Land & premisses
       with their & every of their appurtenances unto the said
       Matthew Elliot and his heirs to the use of the said Matthew
       Elliott his heirs & assigns for ever as by Council learned in
       the Law of the said Matthew Elliott his heirs or assigns
       shall be reasonably devised & advised tendered or required
       and the said Jonathan Forward doth hereby appoint
       Constitute & ordain Darby Lux John Gallaway & Sam.l
       Gallaway of Annar.ll County ^afd^ Merchants or either of them
       his lawfully Attorney or Attorneys in this behalf for him
       & in his name to acknowledge this Instrument of writing
       as his Act & Deed before any Majistrate of the
