Ex.d      This Indenture made the fifteenth Day
       of November Anno Domini One Thousand Seven
       hundred forty & four Between Richard Snowden
       of ann arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Gent of the one part & Thomas Richardson of
       the County & Province af.d Inholder of the other
       part Witnesseth That the said Richard
       Snowden for & in Consideration of the sum of
       twelve pounds twelve shillings sterling to him in
       hand paid by the said Thomas Richardson the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the
       said Thomas Richardson thereof & therefrom
       by these presents fully acquitted and Discharged
       Hath Bargained sold & made over & confirmed &
       by these presents doth Bargain sell & make over
       & Confirm unto the said Thomas Richardson
       his Heirs & Assigns a parcel of Land being
       part of a tract of Land called Snowdens
       fourth addition to his Mannor lying scituate
       & being in Prince Georges County & bounded
       as followeth that is to say Beginning at a
       bounded Chesnut Tree standing by the mannor
       Road running thence south sixteen Degrees
       thirty minutes East Two hundred & ten
       perches & an half to intersect the Eighth Line
       of Richardsons Addition then with the said
       Eighth Line North Sixty five Degrees thirty
       five perches then North Seventy five degrees thirty Minutes West twenty
       Minutes West Eighty perches still with said
       addition then South ^Eighty five degrees thirty Minutes West twenty Perches still with said addition then South^ Thirty five Degrees
