19) & ought to have & Hold the within Bargained Premisses as Tenants in Common according to our just Proportion thereof in respect to the sums of Money respectively due to every one of us & not as joint Tenants & we do hereby for our selves & our several and Respective Heirs Executors & administrators Covenant & agree with each of them upon the Death of any of us no Right Title or Intrest in the Proportinable part or share of the persons or person so Dying ^shall accrue to the survivor or survivors but that the right share and property of the person or persons so dying^ shall belong & appertain to their or his Heirs Executors administrators or Assigns as fully & amply as if these presents were inserted in the Body of the within Deed or as if the same contained several Habendums of our different shares in proportions to us & our several & respective Heirs & Assigns Any thing therein contained or any Construction to the contrary notwithstanding In Witness whereof We have hereunto set our hands & Seals this Twenty seventh Day of November One Thousand seven hundred Forty Four Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Char.s Carroll Seal W.m Baker D Dulany Sam.l Soumaien C Carroll Recorded Dec.r 12.th 1744 15 |
