       West twelve perches Still with said addition & to
       intersect the given Line of the original Tract of Land
       of said Richardsons running thence on said Line
       Reversed North Forty Eight Degrees West Sixty
       ^perches & an half the within streight line to the beginning being North fifteen degrees East One hundred & Sixty^ perches Containing & now laid out for sixty three
       Acres of Land more or less Together with all buildings
       Improvements Proffitts advantages ways waters &
       appurtenances to the Bargained Premisses & every
       part thereof any wise belonging or appertaining
       to have & to hold all and Singular the hereby bargained
       premisses & every part & Parcell thereof To the
       said Thomas Richardson his Heirs & Assigns
       forever To his & their own proper use & intent
       & purpose Whatsoever & the said Richard Snowden
       for himself & for his Heirs doth Covenant & agree to
       & with the said Thomas Richardson his Heirs &
       Assigns that he the said Richard Snowden for
       himself & for his Heirs the Bargained Premisses
       & every part thereof to the s.d Thomas Richardson
       his Heirs & Assigns from & against him the said
       Richard Snowden & from all Incumbrances
       from & against all Person or Persons Whatsoever
       shall & will warrant & Defend for every by these
