       sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the
       said Charles Lord Baltimore his Executors Administrators
       and assigns all Horses Hogs or other Cattle and Stock of
       every Nature and kind thereunto belonging or appertaining
       or accounted reputed and taken as part parcell or member
       thereof or which belong or appurtain thereto and also all
       such Materials ^Utensiels^ and other things as are deemed and taken
       as parcell of the said plantations or Tracts of Land & which are
       the property of the said Samuel Hyde and all the right title
       of in & to the same Horses Stock Utensils and premisses and
       every or any of them To have & to hold all and every the said
       Horses Stock Utensils and premisses and every or any of
       them with their and every of their appurtenances unto the
       said Charles Lord Baltimore his Executors admors
       and assigns to his & their own proper use and behoof as
       effectually to all intents and purposes as the said Samuel
       Hyde might or could have hold or enjoyed the same if
       these presents had not been made or Executed And the
       said Samuel Hyde for himself his heirs Executors &
       Administrators Doth covenant promise and agree to &
       with the said Charles Lord Baltimore his heirs and
       assigns in manner following (that is to say) that for and
       Notwithstanding any act matter or thing whatsoever by
       the said Samuel Hyde or by the said John Hyde Deceased or
       by any person or persons Claiming under him done committed
       or wittingly or willingly suffered to the Contrary He the said
       Samuel Hyde is and now standeth lawfully rightly and
       Absolutely seized of and in the said Plantations or Tracts
       of Land Messuages buildings Negro Slaves Utensils
       hereditaments and premisses herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby granted and released of a good sure lawfull
       and absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple or for ever
       without any reversion remainder Trust Limitation Power
       of Revocation   use or uses or other matter restraint or
       thing whatsoever to alter Change charge revoke make
