       Voyd Lessen Incumber or determine the same (Except as
       herein after Excepted) And also that the said Samuel Hyde for
       and notwithstanding any such Act matter or thing as af.d hath
       at the time of the Sealing and delivery of these presents in himself
       good right full power lawfull and absolute authority to grant &
       Convey the same two plantations or Tracts of Land Messuages
       buildings Grounds and Negroes Slaves utensils hereditaments
       and premisses herein before mentioned or intended or intended to be
       hereby granted and released with their appurtenances unto & to
       the use of the said Charles Lord Baltimore his heirs & assigns in
       manner af.d according to the purport true intent & meaning of
       these presents Except as af.d And further that it shall
       and may be lawfull to & for the Said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his heirs and assigns from time to time and at all times
       hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter into and have hold
       occupy possess & enjoy the said Plantations Lands & all &
       singular other the premisses herein before mentioned or hereby
       intended to be released and conveyed and to receive & take the
       rents Issues Profits Crop and Produce thereof from Christmas Day
       now last past to and for his and their own use & benefit without
       the let suit Trouble Denial Eviction or Interruption of or by the
       said Samuel Hyde his heirs Executors or Admors or of or by any
       other person or persons lawfully claiming or to Claim any Estate
       right title use trust or Interest at Law or Equity into or out of
       the said hereby released & confirmed premisses or any of them or
       any part or parcell thereof by from or under him the said Samuel
       Hyde or by from or under the said John Hyde Deceased Except
       as af.d and that free and clear & freely and clearly acquitted
       released Exonerated & Discharged or otherwise well &
       sufficiently saved harmless and kept Indemnified of from
       & against all and all manner of former & other Gifts Grants
       bargains sales Mortgages Jointures uses Trusts Intails
       Statutes recognizances & of from & against all Estates
       titles Trouble & Incumbrances whatsoever had made
