       plantations & Tracts of Land herein before mentioned or any
       part or parcell thereof with their & every of their Increase and
       progeny and all the Estate right title property Claim & Demand
       of him the said Samuel Hyde of in and to the said Slaves
       every or any of them together with all Orchards Gardens &
       Meadows Marshes Inclosures Wastes Wast Grounds Woods
       Underwoods Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easements
       Profits Commodities and advantages whatsoever to the said
       Plantations or Tracts of Land & premisses or any part thereof
       belonging or any wise not appurtaining & the reversion &
       reversions remainder & remainders rents issues yearly &
       other profits or all & singular the said premisses & of every
       part & parcell thereof with their & every of their rights
       members and appurtenances And also all the Estate
       right title Interest use possession Trust Inheritance
       Claim & Demand whatsoever of the said Samuel Hyde of
       into & out of the same premisses & every or any part thereof
       together with all such Deeds grants Charters patents
       Evidences fines recoveries Escripts minuments & writings
       Whatsoever or touching or concerning the same & every or any
       part thereof as the said Samuel Hyde now hath in his Custody
       or power or can by without suit in Law or Equity To have &
       to hold the said Plantations or Tracts of Land and all &
       singular other the premisses with their & every of their rights
       members & appurtenances herein before granted bargained
       Sold Aliened remised released and confirmed or hereby intend
       so to be and every part & parcell thereof unto the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore his heirs and assigns To the only proper
       use & behoof of the said Charles Lord Baltimore his
       heirs & assigns for ever & to and for no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever And this Indenture
       further Witnesseth that the said Samuel
       Hyde for the Consideration af.d hath bargained
