       and to hold the said Plantations or Tracts of Land
       and all & singular other the premisses with their & every
       of their rights members and appurtenances and part &
       parcell thereof unto the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his Executors Administrators and assigns from the day
       next before the day of the Date of these presents for &
       during and unto the full end and Term of one whole year
       from thence next ensuing and freely to be compleat & ended
       yeilding and paying therefore unto the said Samuel Hyde
       his heirs & assigns the rent of one Pepper Corn on the last
       Day of the said Term if lawfully Demanded To the intent &
       purpose that by Virtue of these presents & the Statutes for
       transferring uses into possessions the said Charles Lord
       Baltimore may be in the actuall possession of all the said
       premisses & may thereby be enabled to accept to take a
       grant & release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to
       him the Said Charles Lord Baltimore his heirs and assigns
       to the use and behoof of him the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       his heirs and assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said
       Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set
       their hands & Seals the Day & year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Sealed & Delivered (being first Duly
       Stampt) in the presence of
                                                 Philip Allingham
                                                 W Mauduit
                                                 Sam.l Farrant

       On the 21.st Day of July in the year of our Lord 1746
       Came W Mauduit one of the Witnesses to the within Lease for
       a year before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Prov.l
       Justices and made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty
       God that he saw the within named Sam.l Hyde Sign &
       Seal & as his Act & Deed Deliver the within Instrument of
       writing to & for the several uses & purposes therein ment.d
       and the other Witnesses Subscribed their several names
       in his presence as such
