       (acres) of Land be the same more or less and also all that other plantation
       or Tract of Land called or known by the several Tracts containing
       by Estimation two thousand & five hundred acres be the same
       more or less all which said premise are scituate & being in Prince
       Georges County on a certain River called Patuxent in the
       Proprietors of Maryland on the Continent of America and are
       now or were lately in the possession of W.m Mattingly the
       overseer or manager thereof are part of certain lands & premisses
       released and Conveyed by Henry Darnall of Prince Georges
       County in Maryland af.d John Hyde Deced the Father of
       the Said Sam.l Hyde together with all mesuges or Tenements
       Farms Lands Houses Settlements Sheds Workhouses Offices
       Works Buildings Edifices and appurtenances Standing lying
       or being upon or within the said Plantations or Tracts or
       parcells of Land hereby Demised bargained or Sold or
       intended so to be and upon every or any part thereof And
       Also all & every the Negro Slaves Male & female that now
       are the property of the said Samuel Hyde & reside & work
       in the said Plantations and Tracts of Land herein before
       mentioned or any part or parcell thereof with their & every of
       their Increase and Progeny and all the Estate Right title
       property Claim and Demand of him the said Samuel Hyde
       of in and to the said slaves every or any of them together with
       all orchards gardens Meadows Marshes Inclosures Wastes
       Waste Grounds Woods underwoods Trees ways Waters Water
       courses easements Profits Commodites and advantages whatsoever
       to the said Plantations or Tracts of Land & premisses or
       any part thereof belonging or in anywise appurtaining and
       the reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues yearly and other profits of all & singular the said
       premisses and of every part & parcell thereof with their & every of
       their rights Members and appurtenances & also all the Estate
       right title interest use Possession Trust Inheritance Claim
       and Demand Whatsoever of the said Sam.l Hyde of into & out
       of the same premisses and every or any part thereof To have
