       this Seventeenth day of February in the year of our Lord 1745

           On the back of the aforegoing Letter ^of Attorney^ was thus Endorst Viz.t
       On the 21.st Day of July in the year of our Lord 1746 Came
       W Mauduit one of the Witnesses to the within Power of
       Attorney before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Prov.l Court and made oath on the Holy Evangelist of
       Almighty God that he saw the within named John & Herbert
       Hyde Sign & Seal & as his Act & Deed Deliver the within
       Instrument of writing to & for the several uses & purposes
       therein mentioned and that the other Witnesses Subscribed
       their several names in his presence as such
2     July 22.d 1746         before me Rob.t Gordon

Ex.d            This Indenture made the Seventeenth
       Day of February in the ninteenth year of the reighn of our
       Sovereighn Lord George the second by the Grace of God Great
       Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the faith &.c
       and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty
       five Between Sam.l Hyde of Rood Land London Merchant of
       the one part and the Right Honble Charles Lord Baltimore
       of the Kingdom of Ireland of the other part Witnesseth that
       the said Sam.l Hyde for & in consideration of the sum of
       Five shillings of lawfull money of great Britain to him
       the said Samuel Hyde by the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       at or before the sealing & Delivery of these presents well & truly
       paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath deemed
       bargained & Sold & by these presents doth demise bargain & sell
       unto the said Charles Lord Baltimore all that plantation or
       Tract of Land commonly called his Lordships Kindness
       containing by Estimation six thousand & seven hundred
