183) to these present Indenture interchangeably sett their hands & seals the Day & year first above written Jn.o Seal Hyde Herbert Seal Hyde On the back of the aforegoing release was thus Endorst Viz.t Sealed & Delivered in the presence of W Mauduite Philip Allingham On the 21.st Day of July in the year 1746 came W.m Mauduit one of the Witnesses to the within Deed of Bargain & Sale before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices & made oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw the within named John Hyde & Herbert Hyde sign seal & as their & each of their Act & Acts Deed & Deeds Deliver the within Instrument of writing to & for the several uses & purposes therein mentioned & that the other Witnesses subscribed their named in his presence as such before me Robert Gordon Memorandum that on the 22.d Day of July 1746 appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court The honourable Benj.a Tasker Esq.r who by Virtue of a Power of Attorney acknowledged the within Deed according to the Act of Assembly in such Case made & Provided 12 recorded July 22.d 1746 Jn.o Brice Ex.d To his Excellency Thomas Bladen Esq.r and also to Benj.a Tasker Edmund Jenings & Daniel Dulany Esq.rs These are to Impower you any or either of you for us & in our named to acknowledge unto Sam.l Hyde of London Merchant one Indenture of Release bearing even Date herewith made & Executed by us to the Said Samuel Hyde according to an Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided and for your any or either of your so Doing this Share be a sufficient authority Witness our hand (this) |
