Ex.d                       This Indenture made the
       Seventeenth Day of February in the Nineteenth year of the reign
       of our Sovereighn Lord George the second by the Grace of God
       Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith
       C.r and in the year of our Lord 1745 Between John Hyde of
       Charterhouse Square in the County of Middlesex and Robert
       Hyde of Bedford Rocs in the same County Merchants two
       of the three residuary Legatees and Devisees named and
       appointed in and by the last will and Testament of John
       Hyde late of Poplar in the same County Deceased of the one
       part and Samuel Hyde of Rood Lake London Merchant
       the other residuary Legatee and Devisee named and appointed
       in and by the said Will of the other part Witnesseth that
       for and in consideration of five shillings of Lawfull money
       of great Britain by the Said Samuel Hyde to the said
       John Hyde party hereto and Herbut Hyde in hand well &
       truly paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged &
       the said John Hyde party hereto and Herbert Hyde Have
       and each of them hath remised released and confirmed
       and by these presents Do and each of them Doth remise
       release and confirm unto the said Sam.l Hyde his heirs &
       assigns all the part Share Right & Interest of them the
       Said John Hyde party hereto and Herbert Hyde of in and to
       All that Plantation or Tracts of Land commonly
       called his Lordships Kindness containing by Estimation
       Six thousand and seven hundred Acres of Land be the
       same more or less and of in and to all that other Plantation
       or Tract of Land called or known by the name of the
       several Tracts containing by Estimation two thousand
       & five hundred acres be the same more or less all which
       said premisses are scituate and being in Prince Georges
       County on a certain River called Patuxent river in the
       proprietory of Maryland on the Continent of America
       and are now or lately ware in possession of W.m
