       Mattingly the Overseer or Manager thereof and are part of
       certain Lands and premisses released and conveyed by Henry
       Darnall of Prince Georges County in Maryland af.d to the said
       John Hyde Deceased and of in and to all Mesuages or Tenements
       Farms Lands Houses Settlements Sheds Workhouses Offices
       Works buildings Edifices and appurtenances standing
       lying and being upon or within the said Plantations or
       Tracts or parcells of Land and being the property of the said
       John Hyde part hereto Samuel Hyde & Herburt Hyde or
       any of them and of in and to all Orchards Gardens Meadows
       Marshes Inclosures Wastes Wast Ground Woods Underwoods
       Trees Ways Waters Watercourses Easements Profits Comodities
       and advantages whatsoever being also the property of them or
       any of them and to the said Plantations or Tracts of Land and
       premisses or any part thereof belonging or in anywise
       appurtaining and of in and to all & every the Negro Slave Male
       and female that now are the property of the said John Hyde
       Samuel Hyde & Sherbutt Hyde or any of them and reside &
       Work on the Said Plantation and Tracts of Land or any
       part thereof with their & every of their Increase and Progeny
       and of in and to the reversion & reversions Remainder &
       Remainders Rents Issues and yearly and other profits of
       all & singular the said premisses and of every part & parcell
       thereof with their & every of their rights members and
       appurtenances together with all grants Charters Patents
       Evidences fines Recoveries Munuments and writings
       whatsoever touching or concerning the same and every or any
       part thereof which the said John Hyde party hereto & Herburt
       Hyde or any of them now have or hath in their or either of their
       Custody or Power or can come by without Suit in [illegible]
       Equity To have & to hold the said premesses with their
       & every of their appurtenances hereby remised released and
       confirmed or hereby intended so to be and every part &
