       Doth give grant bargain sell Aliene Enfeoff & Release and
       Confirm unto the said W.m Thornton his heirs & assigns all
       that the af.d part of a Tract or parcell of Land called
       Huccleberry Forest lying in Annarundel County on the south
       Side of Maggoty river which Said part remains unsold
       our of the originall Tract and not containing less than Four
       hundred and fifty four Acres together with all & Singular
       the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have & to hold the
       Same unto him the Said W.m Thornton his heirs and assigns
       to the only proper use and behoof of him the said W.m Thornton
       his heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever and the Said Thomas Harper and
       Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton & Sarah Caulton for
       themselves & every of them their & every of their heirs Doth
       Covenant and agree to and with the Said W.m Thornton
       his heirs & assigns that he and they Shall & may from time
       to time and at all times hereafter Peaceably & Quietly have
       hold possess and enjoy all and singular the premisses without
       any let molestation or trouble of them the said Tho.s Harper
       and Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton and Sarah Caulton
       or their or any of their heirs or any person or persons claiming
       by from or under them or any of them the rents & Services
       hereafter to grow due to the Lord Propry only excepted &
       foreprized and that they & every of them have good right
       lawfull power and authority to Sell the Land and premisses
       af.d with the appurtenances unto the Said W.m Thornton
       his heirs & assigns for ever according to the true intent &
       meaning of these presents and the said Thomas Harper &
       Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton & Sarah Caulton for
       themselves & each of them do hereby authorize & Impower
       the af.d John Hunter Thomas Sprigg & Daniel Richardson
       or any of them joyntly or severally to appear for them in
       or before any Court of record Judge Justice or Majestrate
       in the Province of Maryland and this present Indenture
