       to acknowledge according to the Laws usage & Custom of the said
       Province in as full ample and Legal manner as the Said Thomas
       Harper and Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton & Sarah Caulton or
       either of them could do if Personally present In Witness whereof
       the partys first above mentioned have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their hands & Seals the day & year first above written

       Tho.s Shewell attorney in      Consideration money of the within

             On the fourth Day of December in the year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and forty five Came Capt. Christopher
       Grindall one of the Witnesses to the within Deed of Bargain & Sale
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices
       & made Oath on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw
       the within named Thomas Harper Cecilia Harper Elianor
       Horton & Sarah Caulton sign seal & as their & each of their Act &
       Acts Deed & Deeds Deliver the within Instrument of writing
       to & for the ^severall^ uses & purposes therein mentioned & that Michael
       Macnemara Philip Smith & Tho.s Sewell the other Witnesses
       Subscribed their several named thereto in his presence as such

       Mem.d that on the 26.th Day of June 1746 appeared before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov Court Tho.s Sprigg who in Virtue
       of the within power of Attorney acknowledged the within Deed according
13 1/2 to the form of the Act of Assembly in such Case made & Provided
