       by Virtue of the Procuration or Letter of Attorney as af.d by
       Indenture bearing Date the twenty Sixth Day of June one
       thousand seven hundred and forty four made or mentioned to be
       made Between the Said John Hunter as attorney in fact for the
       Said Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife Elianor Hornton &
       Sarah Caulton of the one part and the Said W.m Thorton of the
       other part did for the Consideration of the sum of fifteen
       Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the Said W.m Thornton
       to the use of the said Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife
       Elianor Horton & Sarah Caulton Bargain sell make over
       Enfeoffe and confirm unto the Said W.m Thornton his heirs &
       assigns for ever All that part of a Tract or parcell of Land
       called Huccleberry Forrest lying in Ann arundel County
       on the South Side of Maggotty river which said part remains
       unsold out of the originall Tract and not containing less then
       four hundred and fifty four Acres together with all  buildings
       Improvements profits advantages & appurtenances thereunto
       belonging as by the said Deed Duly Executed acknowledged
       and recorded in the Secretarys Office of Maryland af.d relation
       being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Thomas Harper &
       Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton and Sarah Caulton as well for
       & in Consideration of the Sum of fifteen Pounds to the said John
       Hunter their Attorney in fact in Maryland already in hand paid
       by the said W.m Thornton and to them the Said Thomas Harper
       and Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton & Sarah Caulton by him
       the Said John Hunter paid & Satisfied and thereof & from
       every part & parcell thereof doth fully acquit release and
       Discharge the said W.m Thornton his heirs Ex.rs  Adm.rs &
       assigns as also for the better & more Surety & Sure making &
       Conveying of the af.d land and premisses unto the said W.m
       Thornton his heirs & assigns for ever Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened ^enfeoffed^ released & Confirmed & by these presents
