       Charles Carroll all that tract of Land being three hundred Acres
       part of a Tract of Land Called Maidens Choice in Prince
       Georges County taken up by Evan Shelby Senior for a Thousand
       Acres & which said three Hundred Acres was by said
       Shelby convey'd to Evan Shelby Jun.r his Son and by the son
       Evan Shelby Jun.r to him the said Waggoner together with
       all & singular the Houses Buildings Fences and Appurtenances
       thereon or thereto belonging to have & to hold the s.d
       three hundred Acres of Land part of said Maidens Choice
       as af.d with the Appurtenances unto him the said Charles
       Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and the said Hance
       Ullirick Waggoner doth Covenant and Agree that he & his
       Heirs shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter
       Warrant & Defend the said three Hundred Acres of Land
       with its Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs & Assigns for ever against all manner of persons & Claims
       whatsoever Provided always and it is the true Intent & Meaning
       of these presents that in Case the said Hance Ullirick
       Waggoner shall & do well & truly pay into him the said Charles
       Carroll his Exors or Adm.rs the sum of sixty six pounds
       Current Money of Maryland with the Lawfull Interest
       Yearly at or upon the fifteenth day of Feb.ry which shall be
       in the Year of our Lord God one thousand Seveven hundred forty
       & seven then this Indenture of sale to become Void otherwise
       to stand & Remain in full force
       Sealed & Delivered
       in Presence of                     Hance Ullirick Waggoner   seal
