       hundred forty & five between Hance Ullirick Waggoner
       of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Farmer of the one part & Charles Carroll of the
       City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the other part Witnesseth
       that the said ^Hance^ Ullirick Waggoner for and in
       Consideration of the sum of sixty six pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the s.d
       Charles Carroll the Receit of which he doth hereby
       Acknowledge hath given granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed Unto him the s.d
